Making a Difference...

VBS (Vacation Bible School) starts tomorrow at my church. I am in charge of overseeing all of the teen volunteers helping with the little ones for the week. While planning my devotions for our group, I came across this quote that I have seen many times, but it's always a good reminder...

"Fifty years from now it will not matter:
What Kind of car you drove,
What kind of house you lived in,
How much you had in your bank account,
Nor what your clothes looked like.
But, the world will be a little bit better because YOU were important in the life of a child."
~ anonymous

There are a lot of different versions of this, I think first attributed to a Boy Scout master. I chose this version to share with the teens tomorrow, and thought I'd pass along here, too. Have a great week, and remember that you ARE making a difference!!!

Blessings,
The Buzz
