CRC Winter Classic 8K


Do you love to run, or are you looking to get more into the sport in 2014? Check out the Charlotte Running Club Winter Classic 8K taking place on Sunday, January 26th. There will be a kids fun run, an 8K race, and lots of fun and raffle prizes. Great way to enjoy the outdoors on a winter afternoon! From the folks at Charlotte Running Club:
"The 3rd Annual Winter Classic 8k on Sunday, January 26th, 2014 is presented by the Charlotte Running Club.  The course features a flat gravel path which is considered fast and is designed to showcase the trails that many local runners visit every day."

Introducing Tottenham Kitchen...GIVEAWAY, too!


South Charlotte mom Kathleen Gerber has a passion for cooking. She loves it, AND she's really good at it. She has started Tottenham Kitchen, a meal preparation service, for busy families who still want to eat healthy (talk about getting some help with your resolutions)! She offers a weekly menu of meals that easily feed 2 adults and 2 children, often with leftovers. The menu changes every week, and you can order the number of meals that works for your family. Meals only need to be heated or baked once you have them home. Great for your own family or for providing a meal for a friend with a new baby, or other family circumstance. Meals are $25 each, or 4 for $90. Meals can be ordered by Friday for the following week, and delivery is available in a limited area.
